Tamara Jack named LMI’s Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary

Tysons, VA, November 14, 2017 — LMI is pleased to announce the return of Tamara Jack as senior vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary of the company. 

Jack was previously director and associate general counsel for LMI until 2015, when she was appointed vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary at Blumont. She also served on the board of directors of Blumont’s three subsidiaries.

“I am thrilled and honored to be back at LMI,” Jack said. “I am looking forward to working as a part of the senior leadership team to advance the mission and the company.”

Jack is responsible for all legal affairs of LMI as well as its corporate governance activities.

Jack is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth National Capital, Professional Services Council, and the Association of Corporate Counsel for the National Capital Region, where she served on the board of directors. Tamara has a Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor from American University. Jack was recently named Outstanding Chief Legal Officer by the Association of Corporate Counsel National Capital Region.
