Improved Intelligence Capabilities within National Security Organizations: LMI assists national security customers in realizing the art-of-the-possible for the intelligence mission. We help our clients develop innovative and collaborative work practices supported by advanced technology. Our areas of expertise include: developing analytic methodologies; providing analytic tradecraft consulting; supporting analytical outreach initiatives; consulting on the creation of products and insights; developing workforce incentives and professional development strategies; determining the effective use of resources; providing analysis of the intelligence information space; and evaluating and inserting advanced technology into the intelligence environment.
Performance Management: LMI’s performance management service establishes mechanisms and evaluation criteria to improve organizational performance in support of strategic objectives, management goals, personnel performance incentives, customer satisfaction, and overall organizational effectiveness. Social Software Consulting: LMI is at the leading edge of the social software marketplace, continuously evaluating new tools and approaches to promote collaboration and information sharing. Social software fosters the development of communities of interest and promotes broadened analytical perspectives. These communities have enormous potential to enable new ways of creating, leveraging, and storing knowledge; and, as a result, can dramatically transform intelligence practices by encouraging information sharing and facilitating collaboration. If needed, we can also bring the resources of our Information Management and Systems Development groups to meet customer needs.
Leadership and Workforce Survivability: LMI has broad experience in helping civil agency and DoD clients establish sound procedures to ensure the continuity of effective senior leadership in the event of a natural or manmade disruption or disaster. We provide continuity of operations planning (COOP), testing support, and evaluation of client participation in test exercises, as well as recommendations to refine our clients’ readiness. We specialize in development of information technology disaster recovery and contingency plans to ensure that client leadership maintains access to critical data and IT communications. We also assist our clients in planning to enhance the survivability of the workforce.
FACILITIES
We have a variety of secured and unsecured spaces available to support the work we do for our customers. Among these spaces are extensive meeting and conference facilities, as well as two 800 square foot SCIFs and associated classified storage.
