NEWSDebra L. Deville Promoted to Program Manager Will lead the logistics transformation analytic support team.
MCLEAN, Va., March 19, 2007—Adm. Donald L. Pilling, CEO of LMI, announced the promotion of Debra L. Deville to Program Manager in the Strategic Logistics group. In her new position, she will lead logistics transformation analytic support to the Army G-4. The team works on-site with the client in the Pentagon, performing analysis and assisting with strategic planning.
Ms. Deville, a former career Army officer, came to LMI in 2001 from the Joint Staff, Directorate of Management, where she was Chief of Support Services and Deputy Inspector General. She routinely advised and briefed the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff on policy, strategy, organizational and management issues. She also served in the Joint Staff Logistics Directorate (J-4), where she conducted Joint Warfighting Capabilities Assessments and determined joint logistics requirements. Previously, she commanded a forward support battalion in Germany and had a series of logistics staff positions, including Chief, Supply Management Division, in the 3rd Corps Support Command and force development officer on the Army staff.
