NEWSPaul J. Glace Jr. Promoted to Program Manager Will lead Organizational Improvement group’s Lean Six Sigma work.
MCLEAN, Va., June 6, 2007—Adm. Donald L. Pilling, CEO of LMI, announced the promotion of Paul J. Glace Jr. to Program Manager in the Organizational Improvement group. In his new position, he will continue to handle LMI’s Lean Six Sigma (LSS) business line in addition to managing other organizational performance management tasks. Mr. Glace was one of the first researchers at LMI trained as an LSS Black Belt and is the project leader for LMI support to the George Group in its response to the Army LSS deployment effort. He has been supporting the Army LSS Program Management Office for the past year and will continue to develop LSS projects.
Mr. Glace joined LMI in 1999 after completing an industrial engineering rotation program with AMP, Incorporated, a manufacturing company in Harrisburg, PA. Since joining LMI, he has been instrumental in planning, developing, deploying, and improving strategic management systems for a number of clients, including the Surface Deployment and Distribution Command, Women’s Bureau, Department of Health and Human Services, and U.S. House of Representatives Chief Administrative Office.
