NEWSHarry J. Quebbeman Promoted to Program Manager Will lead LMI’s BioWatch support team.
MCLEAN, Va., June 27, 2007—Adm. Donald L. Pilling, CEO of LMI, announced the promotion of Harry J. Quebbeman to Program Manager in LMI’s Energy and Environment group. Dr. Quebbeman will lead the LMI team supporting the BioWatch program on-site at the Department of Homeland Security.The team provides multidisciplinary assistance, ranging from public health and quality management to integrated logistics planning.
Dr. Quebbeman, a former Army Medical Service Corps career officer, joined LMI in 2005. His last position was as director of the Biological Arms Control Treaty Office, U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and chemistry from Belmont University, a Master of Science in public health from Tulane University, and a doctorate in environmental health sciences from Johns Hopkins University.
