Leslie Sullivan Earns Project Management Professional Certification

McLean, VA, September 11, 2009—Ms. Leslie J. Sullivan, a member of our Logistics Technology group, has passed the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional (PMP) exam. The PMP certificate recognizes demonstrated knowledge and skill in leading and directing project teams and in delivering project results within the constraints of schedule, budget, and resources. PMI is the leading global association for the project management profession. Since its founding in 1969, PMI has been at the forefront of working with business to create project management standards and techniques that work.

Leslie is a former Army transportation officer. While in the Army, she served in many leadership and staff positions in Army transportation and logistics units throughout DoD. Leslie’s last assignment was with the U.S. Transportation Command, Scott Air Force Base, where she was assigned to the Deployment Distribution Operations Center and to the Defense Transportation Coordination Initiative Program Office. Since joining LMI in 2007, Leslie has been working on various operational logistics issues related to USTRANSCOM and one of its component commands: Surface Deployment and Distribution Command. She works on-site at Scott Air Force Base.

Leslie has a BS in business administration from Monmouth University and an MS in logistics management from Florida Institute of Technology.
