To provide this level of service, we recognize the need for managing our internal operations in a systematic, consistent, and visible manner that is client oriented and aligns with our organizational goals and objectives. Therefore, we have made a strategic commitment to establish and implement a quality management system that conforms to the International Standard ISO 9001.
LMI’s quality management system was originally certified under the ISO 9001:1994 standard in January 2001. Effective March 6, 2003, our quality management system was recertified as complying with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000. This certification means that our business processes are well defined, consistent, and client oriented, and that they focus on continuously improving the quality of our services.
To our clients, ISO certification means that we
- conduct every project following the principles of a standard, proven quality management system,
- assign only qualified employees to projects,
- ensure all products and services meet requirements and quality expectations, and
- strive to satisfy our customers.
