ANNUAL LEAVE AND HOLIDAYS

Annual Leave

Full-time salaried employees accrue annual leave at the following rates:

	Years of Service		Days Accrued per Year
	0–3		15
	4–15		20
	15+		25

LMI provides enough leave for you to take care of personal and family matters and still have time left for vacation. Employees may carry over up to 320 hours per year of accrued annual leave into the next calendar year.

HOLIDAYS

Supplementing this generous annual leave, LMI employees get all 10 federal government holidays. Part-time salaried employees accrue annual and holiday leave on a prorated basis.
