NEWSHeidi Graham Promoted to Program Manager Will lead business area analysisprogram for the Organizational Improvement group.
McLean, Virginia, June 20, 2006—Adm. Donald L. Pilling, CEO of LMI, announced the promotion of Heidi H. Graham to Program Manager in the Organizational Improvement group. Ms. Graham will be responsible for the strategic and business area analysisprogram. Her primary clients are the Surface Deployment and Distribution Command, Veterans Administration Office of Acquisition and Material Management, and Health and Human Services Office of Human Resources.
Ms. Graham joined LMI in 2005 to support balanced scorecard initiatives for the Organizational Improvement group. Before that, she served in the United States Army for 22 years. She has extensive experience in creating training programs, facilitating small groups, and developing leaders and organizations. In a recent Army assignment, she developed and taught an undergraduate leadership curriculum at the U. S. Military Academy.
