NEWSEmil Dzuray Promoted to Program Manager Will support Army Lean Six Sigma Program
McLean, Virginia, August 28, 2006—Adm. Donald L. Pilling, CEO of LMI, announced the promotion of Emil J. Dzuray to Program Manager in the Energy and Environment Group. Mr. Dzuray joined LMI in 1993 after four years as an officer and engineer in the Army’s Medical Service Corps. As Program Manager, Mr. Dzuray will be supporting the Army’s Lean Six Sigma Program Office.
Mr. Dzuray has 16 years of experience in public policy analysis, infrastructure planning, organizational performance benchmarking, and information management. At LMI, he has led a variety of projects in North America and Europe for the U.S. Army, General Services Administration, Environmental Protection Agency, North American Commission for Environmental Cooperation, Regional Environmental Center for Central and Eastern Europe, and Corps of Engineers. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and LEED Accredited Professional with the U.S. Green Building Council.
