NEWSJason P. DePasquale Promoted to Program Manager Will focus on studies involving job-task analysis and competency modeling.
MCLEAN, Va., December 4, 2006—Adm. Donald L. Pilling, CEO of LMI, announced the promotion of Jason P. DePasquale to Program Manager in LMI’s Human Capital Management group. He will be responsible for the competency modeling, workforce planning, strategic planning, succession planning, and change management work areas. Among his clients will be the National Aeronautics and Space Administration and Departments of State, Transportation, and Health and Human Services.
Mr. DePasquale joined LMI in 2005 after 10 years performing organizational research for various civilian and military agencies. He was previously employed by CNA Corporation as a research analyst, leading projects for the Defense Logistics Agency and Bureau of Navy Medicine. Mr. DePasquale holds a doctorate in industrial and organizational psychology.
