Manik Rath Joins LMI as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Replaces John Ciucci, who retires

McLean, Virginia, February 1, 2005—Manik Rath joined LMI as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. In that capacity, he will be responsible for all company legal issues and for coordinating meetings of LMI’s Board of Trustees.

Prior to joining LMI, Manik was Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Alion Science and Technology Corporation. He has also worked at the law firms of McGuire Woods and Baker & McKenzie. Manik is a member of the bar in Virginia, District of Columbia, and Texas. He has a JD and BA, both from the University of Virginia.

Manik replaces John Ciucci, who retired after more than 15 years with LMI. John joined LMI after retiring from the U.S. Air Force with the rank of colonel. His last military position was Deputy Commander of the Air Force Contract Law Center and Deputy Staff Judge Advocate at Air Force Logistics Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH.
