Steven Holland

Steven furnishes thought leadership, expertise, and best practices to strengthen federal customers’ property management programs. With over 40 years of government property management experience in the public and private sectors, he has led property and asset management for the Department of Homeland Security, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the Intelligence Community (IC).

A National Property Management Association (NPMA) member for more than three decades, Steven belongs to its distinguished Council of Fellows and serves as national director of legislative affairs, advising the executive board on legislative, statutory, regulatory, and policy-related activities that affect the management of government personal property within federal agencies and the private sector, as well as medical and academic environments. An instructor at NPMA national education seminars, Steven is also a frequent contributor to NPMA publications, The Property Professional and Journal of Property and Asset Management.

Steven is an NPMA-certified professional property manager (CPPM) and fleet specialist (CFFS); he also holds Asset Leadership Network's ISO 55000 A55K certification in strategic asset management, specializing in federal and contract property disciplines. He received his bachelor’s in business administration from Strayer University.
