Travis Hite

Travis Hite’s background centers on the intersection of emerging technology and the federal government mission. His experience comes from driving research, development, and innovation at the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security, as well as U.S. Congress, but Travis also has roots in small business as both an adviser and member of many start-ups. Technology is always central to his work and he often finds himself connecting researcher to operator, engineer to policymaker, and futurist to decision-maker. At the Forge™, Travis leads the Rapid Innovation and Prototyping efforts focused on speeding up the "time-to-discovery" for customers' most challenging problems.
