Bethany Allaway leads LMI’s client-facing ServiceNow practice. In addition to system architecture and design, she oversees staffing and training of ServiceNow consulting staff members. She joined LMI in 2018 from Allaway Technical Solutions Inc., where she performed process and software consulting for small and medium-sized businesses. Prior to that assignment, Bethany worked at Accenture as a technology architecture associate manager. In this role, she designed and implemented ServiceNow solutions to business problems, served as a team leader and senior technical resource, and taught ServiceNow training classes internally and for clients.
Bethany holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems and a master’s degree in management and leadership, both from Liberty University. She is a ServiceNow certified administrator and applications developer.
