What synergies do you see between LMI and the way the Army operates?
Like the Army, LMI operates with a similar people empowerment philosophy. As a leader, you are given latitude to accomplish the mission; however, our structure fosters teamwork for success. Thus, you learn to work together quickly and trust your team.
Of your many accomplishments of serving as a leader in the United States Army, what makes you the most proud?
I was proud to be part of the Army’s transformation of our future force modernization enterprise through Army Futures Command. But I take the most pride in watching soldiers that I served with continue to aid our great nation in senior leadership positions.
LMI is customer-focused. Every day, the Army has a new challenge. With LMI and the LMI Research Institute, I work on new and innovative capabilities to help the Army sustain overmatch of its peers. Bottom line, I’m still contributing to our Army.
