FDA Integrated Services BPA

The FDA Integrated Services (IS) contract is a multi-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the FDA to support the following task areas: Training Support Services; Learning Management System (LMS) Support; Program and Project Management; Human Capital Management (e.g. leadership development, coaching, agile coaching, agile organizational development, agile organizational development, performance improvement services, workforce planning, and change management); and Strategic Communications Services. Research, Measurement, Assessment, Design, and Analysis (RMADA)

Under the RMADA Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity 2 (IDIQ) umbrella contract, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) shall award task orders (TOs) for a wide range of analytic support and technical assistance activities that support models and demonstration programs created or derived under the auspices of the Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act (ACA), the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA), other non-ACA statutes, and future health reform legislation. The demands of new reforms created under ACA have redefined the way CMS approaches and conducts research activities, Model Testing, and demonstrations affecting Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, and uninsured populations. The role of state and private sector payers is also being redefined, as many of the new models include multiple payers working in collaboration with CMS to reform the care delivery system.

The Contractor shall work with CMS on matters including but not limited to:

USPS Enterprise Program Support (EPS)

Through the USPS EPS IDIQ, LMI will recommend strategies for USPS executives to increase operational efficiency, address customer requirements, develop products and maintain industry competition. Work also includes high-level analyses in support of as part of the agency’s Enterprise Program Support initiative.
