LMI is in search of a small business partnership in the Frederick, Maryland area with SDVOSBs who have current prime contracts with the DHA, military service medical components, or have past performance within the past three years. We are considering company size and ability to scale quickly for surge—companies with 50 or more full time employees are preferred, and potential partners should be able to demonstrate their recruiting and staffing resources and prior success. We are looking for competencies and past performance in any of the following: healthcare operations, pandemic security and preparedness support, information and technology support services, strategic communications, curriculum development, and training and education services. Ideal applicants hold a good reputation with clients as evidenced by CPARS and customer satisfaction data. A DCAA-approved cost accounting system is preferred but not required.
