Professional Services Schedule (PSS)
LMI offers extensive experience in developing and implementing practical solutions using an array of professional services that address management, organizational, and business problems across the spectrum of public-sector functional areas. Consistent with our long-standing approach, we tailor these services to the requirements of each client, with an overall objective of helping to make the needed improvements quickly and effectively.
The PSS consists of seven formerly separate schedules that were consolidated in 2015 to give federal agencies a streamlined way to obtain professional services using a single contract vehicle. LMI’s PSS covers a broad range of professional services.

GSA Facilities Maintenance and Management – Energy Management Services
We bring energy and environmental expertise to help agencies with an array of energy management services. We develop comprehensive energy management solutions for a variety of energy projects, including renewable energy, sustainable energy, and energy efficient buildings certification programs such as LEED. These comprehensive energy management solutions involve the following phases: consulting, auditing, energy management, concept development and requirements analysis, implementation and change management, and measurement and verification.

OASIS is designed to address the need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple professional service disciplines and ancillary services/products with the flexibility for all contract types and pricing at the task order level. The six core functional disciplines of OASIS are

OASIS is a family of 7 separate government-wide multiple award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (MA-IDIQ) task order contracts that span 28 North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes and 6 NAICS code exceptions under the economic subsector 541, Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services. Each of these contracts is divided into “pools.”
