This year, LMI was honored to receive The Washington Post Top Workplace of 2021 award. This award did not come from the newspaper’s staff or an outside panel of experts—but from our employees themselves. Out of more than 3,000 companies in the Washington, DC area invited to participate, LMI was the highest-rated company overall as determined by internal employee evaluation surveys. Employee participants were not compensated or encouraged to provide lofty reviews; those who participated did so because they felt LMI should be recognized.

LMI invested in professional development opportunities throughout 2021. Over 870 LMIers completed the LMI Way of Consulting course. Nearly one in two LMIers participated in one or more affinity groups, building connections and sharing best practices across the organization while creating a corporate capability for our IC customers.
