For over 60 years, LMIers have powered a high-performing, future-ready government, as reflected consistently through our internal growth and our impact on our customers’ missions.
This dedication remained as strong as ever in 2021, even with the challenges of social injustices, a new administration, changing national priorities, supply chain disruptions, and the ongoing pandemic. Demonstrating extraordinary resilience, LMIers meet the evolving needs of our customers and take care of one another. Each day, I become more impressed with the trust our partners and customers place in us as their challenges become more complex.
LMI experienced an exceptional year, generating over $419 million in revenue. This illustrates LMI’s steadfast investments, ensuring our customers’ mission success, despite the challenging times we have all endured this year. LMI furthered our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility by accomplishing six major goals; cultivating an inclusive environment is critical to all our accomplishments. To ensure LMI continues receiving valuable input at all levels, we appointed Arun Gupta and retired Lieutenant General Les Smith to our board.
Our values of leadership, mission focus, and innovation are ingrained in the work we do, which makes LMI what it is today. As we look to the next 60 years, I am truly inspired by the promise of LMI’s future. We have established a strong foundation, well-positioning us for the future.

LMI has come a long way from its humble beginnings. As we reflect on our 60th year of operation, we also applaud what hasn’t changed. We have stayed true to our values of leadership, mission focus, and innovation, and we always put customers’ interests first. In these trying times, customers could count on us.
