
Audra Upchurch manages a staff of over 100 with engineering, facilities, sustainability, real estate, and environmental expertise. She came to LMI from Leidos, SAIC, and Organizational Strategies, Inc. Audra has over 16 years of experience in managing and supporting commercial and U.S. government clients with National Environmental Policy Act compliance and document development, as well as compliance with other federal and state environmental regulations, throughout the United States, to include Hawaii and Alaska, and extensive work along the U.S.–Mexico and U.S.–Canada international borders. Additional expertise includes environmental and natural resources management, recreation management, land use and visual resources, air quality, environmental impact analysis, geographic information system analysis, field environmental surveys, sampling, quality assurance, and data analysis.
Audra holds a bachelor’s in forestry (environmental resource management concentration), a graduate certificate and a master’s in natural resources, as well as a master’s in business administration all from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
