Joseph Mariña has experience as a scrum master and agile coach across many agile frameworks. He has more than ten years of experience working on an array of technical solutions. Joseph has supported content acquisition and digital distribution, healthcare plan analysis, predictive maintenance, and holographic computing for training and spatial planning. As part of LMI’s 2022-23 Fellows cohort, Joseph represents the top tier of LMI’s technical expertise. His drive to continually innovate makes him an incredibly valuable member of the LMI Forge™ team. 

Joseph is a specialized generalist with an undergraduate degree in engineering and minors in mathematics and physics (Trinity University). He also holds a master’s in business administration, focused on values-driven leadership, from the Greehey School of Business at St. Mary’s University, where he has been an adjunct professor.
