Josh Wilson

Josh is the president of markets, growth, and technology at LMI. In this role, he has direct oversight over LMI’s entire customer portfolio and leads LMI’s business growth function, which includes LMI’s proposal center, business development strategies, capture management, and sales engineering teams. Josh also oversees LMI’s research and development programs, including the Forge™, guiding advancements in technology and fostering strategic partnerships. 

Josh previously served as LMI’s executive vice president of service lines and technology, overseeing the offering development lifecycle from ideation to deployment. He integrated LMI’s expertise in management advisory services, logistics, and digital and analytic solutions with the chief technology officer to design and enable scalable, repeatable customer solutions.

Josh currently serves on the board of advisors for the Armaments Research Company and the Greg and Camille Baroni Center for Government Contracting at George Mason University Business School. 

Prior to joining LMI, Josh was a U.S. Army officer, serving two overseas tours focused on infrastructure reconstruction efforts in Iraq. He later joined Deloitte’s public-sector practice, where he specialized in analytics-driven business model transformation and strategic planning engagements.

Josh holds a bachelor’s in systems engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and a master’s in engineering management from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
