Scott Ritzel

Scott, a retired Air Force colonel with over 30 years of logistics experience, served in the maintenance career field supporting a diverse portfolio, including fighters, bombers, rotary wing, conventional and nuclear munitions, and ground-based space systems. Prior to joining LMI, Scott was the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) chief risk officer (CRO) and a principal architect behind DLA’s supply chain security strategy. Scott established a robust enterprise risk management program at DLA just eight months before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Scott’s experience serving as a CRO in the federal government during a pandemic is vital to creating value for LMI’s clients.

Scott has a bachelor’s in professional aeronautics from Embry–Riddle Aeronautical University, an MBA from Webster University, and a master’s in logistics from the Air Force Institute of Technology.
