Tamara Jack

Tamara leads LMI’s financial and legal operations, including finance and accounting, treasury, tax, enterprise risk management, legal, real estate, security, and pricing. She also serves as corporate secretary and treasurer, overseeing LMI’s corporate governance, as well as external audit and lender relationships.

With over two decades of experience in the defense, technology, and government services sectors, Tamara shapes and executes LMI’s business strategy to drive enterprise value, providing executive leadership in financial strategy and planning and corporate initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions. Under her leadership, the finance and law team partnered with organizations across LMI to structure and implement an aggressive growth strategy that combined organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Among other accomplishments, Tamara led the sale of LMI from its not-for-profit parent in 2022, which was the largest deal in LMI’s then 62-year history.

Tamara serves on the boards of the Association for Corporate Growth National Capital and the National Defense Industrial Association, where she serves on the Executive Committee of the Board and is the Chair of the Finance Committee.
