Vice President, Human Capital Solutions

Wendy Myers is the Vice President of Human Capital Solutions at LMI, leading the development and delivery of LMI’s workforce-focused solutions. Wendy has over twenty years of experience providing strategic human capital, organization development, and change management consulting services to management teams and organizations across the federal government (including at NASA, the Department of Defense, and the Department of Health and Human Services), private sector, and non-profit organizations. Wendy is passionate about helping clients design and implement strategic initiatives that improve workforce performance and employee satisfaction. She is a Certified Prosci Change Management Professional, a Certified SCRUM Master, and a graduate of the ACT-IAC Partners Leadership Program where she worked with federal government and industry leaders to solve pressing government challenges.

Prior to her current role at LMI, Wendy was the Director of Workforce Transformation at Suntiva, a company acquired by LMI. Wendy’s previous employment experience includes roles with Deloitte, Arthur Andersen, DMedia Associates, and Capital Technology Information Services. Wendy also served as an attorney for the U.S. Department of State.

Wendy received a bachelor’s degree in international relations and German from The College of William and Mary, a master’s degree in law and international affairs from American University, and a Juris Doctor from American University.
