LMI Promotes Pete Pflugrath, Josh Wilson to Senior Vice President

Tysons, Va. – LMI president and CEO Doug Wagoner has promoted Pete Pflugrath and Josh Wilson to new positions as senior vice presidents. As extensions of their ongoing responsibilities, Pflugrath will oversee business growth activity while Wilson will run LMI’s capability development and delivery operations.

“Pete and Josh have been instrumental to LMI’s growth and success in recent years, helping us expand and strengthen our customer delivery. They have distinguished themselves as leaders to our customers and our workforce,” Wagoner said. “I look forward to our continued collaboration as part of an outstanding leadership team.”

As senior vice president of markets and growth, Pflugrath will lead business development and customer relationships, aligning resources, investments, and strategic focus to meet revenue performance goals. His leadership roles at LMI have included interim chief growth officer, vice president of logistics, and vice president of business development for the defense market.

Wilson, as senior vice president of service lines and technology, will oversee the offering development lifecycle from ideation to deployment. This entails the integration of expertise in management advisory services, logistics, and digital and analytic solutions with the chief technology office to design and enable scalable, repeatable customer solutions.

In addition, Wilson will continue to lead digital and analytic solutions; he has led the service line since its formation in June 2020. In that role, he guides the concept development and customer delivery of capabilities for advanced analytics and artificial intelligence, data and enterprise operations, and digital solutions. He formerly served as vice president of advanced analytics.

Wilson’s service line team comprises Pat Tamburrino Jr. in logistics and Christine Cocrane in management advisory services, who assumed their posts last month. Tamburrino, a former assistant deputy chief of naval operations for fleet readiness and logistics as well as executive director of Naval Sea Systems Command, had served as vice president of LMI’s health and civilian market since 2018. Cocrane’s appointment had been announced previously.
