Returning to Work in the Time of COVID-19

We stand with our federal clients on the front lines of the COVID-19 response efforts, with some employees going to extraordinary lengths to ensure that clients continue to achieve mission success.
Our service to customers during this challenging time has been made possible by the corporate support functions—security, facility operations, IT, and finance, to name a few—that keep the business running. We have operated across the organization as true teammates. But as LMI prepares to resume onsite operations, we recognize working together may not look or feel the way it did before.
LMI’s COVID-19 management team has developed the following plan to help all employees understand what to expect in the coming weeks and months. This covers how we will protect them, clients, and industry partners who may use our facilities and how we’ll adapt as public health conditions evolve. LMI shares this plan publicly so that it may help inform other organizations as they design their own protocols for resuming onsite operations.
