Karen Ale

Karen, a business transformation program manager, has worked with government agencies and the private sector for 15 years. She has consulting experience in a broad range of functions, including program management, personnel management, campaign planning and execution, strategic marketing and communication, strategic outreach and engagement, logistics, human resource management, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility. Outside of LMI, Karen is an active member of the Virginia Ballet Company and School Board of Directors.
