Sergio Posadas

Serg leads delivery of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. He joined LMI as part of the acquisition of Clockwork Solutions in 2019, having led data science services there since 2009. As the vice president of services for Clockwork, he oversaw a data science team that delivered decision support across defense and commercial industries.

Serg also supports LMI’s academic programs as the liaison to the University of Texas (UT) at Austin, where he earned his bachelor's in aerospace engineering. In this role, he coordinates research, recruiting, training, and networking opportunities.

During his 22 years of service in the Marine Corps, Serg acted as a product manager and software developer for the Army-Marine Corps COMBAT XXI simulation platform. Serg authored Marine Corps electronic warfare (EW) doctrine while he instructed Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One, teaching aviation combat specialties to over 700 advanced aviation instructors and squadron commanders. He was an EA-6B aviator in tactical electronic warfare squadrons and served with Marine Forces Korea as the liaison to U.S. Forces Korea, Air Component Command.

Serg earned his master's in operations research from the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS). As a member of the NPS operations research faculty, he taught graduate courses, mentored 53 Marine Corps students, and represented Marine Corps Combat Development Command in fulfilling top-level Marine Corps interests in operations research.
