Stephanie Frilling

Stephanie brings over 20 years of experience in public health, care delivery, private insurance, and quality improvement methods to LMI’s federal healthcare customers. She has extensive regulatory and policy understanding of alternative payment models and payment incentives that drive quality and improve patient outcomes.

Stephanie spent seven years at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), where she served as program lead for two Medicare quality payment programs: the End-Stage Renal Disease Quality Improvement Program and the Skilled Nursing Facility Value-Based Purchasing Program. Prior to LMI, she served as a technical advisor to the U.S. Agency for International Development and the government of Uganda, supporting health sector data analytics and management.

Stephanie received her bachelor’s in international relations and policy from the University of New Mexico and holds masters’ in business administration and public health. She is pursuing a doctorate in bioethics at Loyola University Chicago’s Neiswanger Institute for Bioethics & Healthcare Leadership.
