Vice President, Chief Information Officer
Jeffrey leads LMI’s internal information, technology, and data operations focused on digital solutions and services that optimize our business operations. He has considerable executive and program experience with organizations in all phases of maturity, from software startups to large federal systems integrators.
Prior to LMI, Jeffrey was co-founder and chief operating officer of a software-as-a-service startup from 2012 to 2017, serving federal, higher education, and commercial customers. He held vice president titles at James Martin Government Consulting and Northrop Grumman, where he created and led the ERP practice, growing his division to more than 500 staff members in seven years. He oversaw PeopleSoft HRMS implementations at the departments of Energy and Treasury as well as defense agencies. His team also established the HR systems at the Department of Homeland Security.
Jeffrey began his career as a civilian employee at the Department of Veterans Affairs before transitioning to the U.S. Customs Service. There, he held several HR and financial IT systems management positions, ultimately serving as the chief of staff for the assistant commissioner of management.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration in marketing and finance from the University of Massachusetts–Boston.
