Michael Dutchak

Mr. Dutchak oversees corporate and project accounting functions, financial planning and budgeting, and audit and tax interface requirements. Mr. Dutchak came to LMI in 2004 from Science & Engineering Services, Inc., where he served as Director of Finance. Previously, he worked for E-Systems, Inc. (currently Raytheon) for 25 years in various capacities. His most recent positions at Raytheon included Product Line Controller for a diverse set of product lines totaling $480 million in annual revenues from 2000 to 2003 and Director of Financial Planning and Budget Analysis with the Strategic Systems Business Unit supporting multiple major reorganizations and consolidations between 1995 and 2000. He holds an MBA from the University of Virginia and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina.
