LMI Partners with the Inclusion Channel: Furthering a Representative, Equitable, and Inclusive Government

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility, Strategy & Transformation

Through our exclusive partnership with the Inclusion Channel for government agencies, LMI enables growth and transformation, enhances operational readiness and resiliency, and ensures mission success for federal civilian and defense agencies.

As a blended learning platform with a well-rounded understanding of identity, diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA), the Inclusion Channel addresses the inherent challenges of large organizations, scaling ongoing, timely, and meaningful training about complex social issues for an evolving workforce seeking a diverse, inclusive, equitable, and accessible environment.

The LMI–Inclusion Channel partnership delivers an end-to-end DEIA training solution, enhancing our DEIA policy and strategic capability with holistic customizable programs to inform, engage, and sustain a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible organizational culture. Our customers leverage the Inclusion Channel's library of live and in-person or virtual, online, and micro-learning to create a virtual network of flexible, expert-informed training. This partnership includes the Inclusion Channel’s proprietary learning management system, housing an extensive library of self-paced and blended courses, modules, and lessons to accelerate organizational DEIA awareness, commitment, and capability. Learners may also interact with experts via discussion forums, and have access to professional facilitators and trainers.

This blended learning approach encompasses integrated digital self-paced, virtual, and in-person programs. Through learning modules, learners increase self-awareness, cultural awareness, and applicable skills to navigate the globalized workplace effectively. We scale solutions for teams, departments, or levels, facilitating a shared experience between work units to improve relationships and practices with colleagues using tangible and targeted assets with recommended organizational DEIA best practices collected from program participants.
