Jeannie McKinney

Jeannie helps LMI's clients devise and implement strategies to minimize the environmental impact of operations and strengthen mission resilience to climate change. As part of LMI’s energy, sustainability, and resilience team, Jeannie contributes to sustainable design, operation, and management of federal infrastructure as well as strategies to improve energy and water efficiency.

Jeannie has furnished project management expertise and policy analysis to the energy sector at the federal and state level for nearly 10 years. Prior to LMI, she worked for Booz Allen Hamilton supporting U.S. Air Force clients in installation energy planning and the development and execution of large-scale energy resilience and conservation projects. She served as a communications manager and policy associate for the Southern Alliance for Clean Energy, a nonprofit organization promoting responsible and equitable energy choices throughout the U.S. Southeast.

Jeannie holds a bachelor’s from Wake Forest University and a master’s in public policy from Duke University. The Project Management Institute has certified her as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
