Justin has consulted for 10 years on policy analysis and development, system design, strategic communication, and business analysis for governments and nonprofit organizations. He leads LMI’s policy development work for the U.S. Postal Service and previously supported strategic communications and policy for NASA. He led the development of the LMI Way of Policy, has supported deployment for several customers.

Justin holds a master’s in public policy from Duke University and a bachelor’s in political science and another in theatre both from U.C. San Diego.
