Sarah Tricano

Sarah Tricano has more than two decades of experience in the design industry, ranging from commercial to education and, most recently, the Department of Defense. A passionate advocate for users, Sarah specializes in bringing features through an end-to-end process, including research, discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, implementation, and iteration for an intuitive user experience. She quickly identifies pain points and troubleshoots roadblocks that users have trouble finding. At the Forge™, Sarah leads the product design team, integrating user research and design into the rapid innovation and prototyping process.
