Our Support

LMI’s scientific, technical, and programmatic expertise augments client activities throughout the project lifecycle, from design to implementation. Core services include the following:

Global Countering WMD (CWMD) Threat Monitoring and Analysis

Subject matter experts well versed in the global WMD landscape monitor state and non-state actors of concern, track ongoing threat developments, and perform research and data analysis on threat activities, vulnerabilities, and trends.

Project Design and Program Management

LMI plans and coordinates client engagements, such as didactic seminars, workshops, and training exercises. These outcome-driven events bring multisector stakeholders and partners together to develop skills, strategies, best practices, and recommendations that advance client objectives. Our facilitators are experienced at appealing to a culturally diverse set of stakeholders. Outcomes are presented to client leadership and other stakeholders to demonstrate program efficacy and guide next steps. LMI also solicits and comprehensively evaluates third-party proposals, recommending implementations with high potential to advance threat reduction activities.

Communications, Strategy Development, and Leadership Support

LMI devises strategy and policy documents as well as accompanying communications, including speeches, talking points and media guidance, memos, white papers, trip books, and formal interagency correspondence. LMI works closely with clients to ensure leadership is current on all activities and that priorities are conveyed to key audiences.

LMI’s comprehensive support encompasses the entire financial lifecycle, including grant and proposal writing and management, budget planning, and transparent reporting that expresses the value of client initiatives.
